Small Group Training

 Enjoy a positive and energetic workout environment with likeminded individuals designed help you gain strength and lose body fat. Our coaches build your confidence and competence with implements such as dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells in a non-competitive setting so you can reach your goals and learn new skills. While our workouts can be modified to fit specific needs, we recomend a baseline of fitness and comfort training in the gym. Our 30 or 60 minute private session are an excellent introduction to ensure you'll excel in the groups!


 Amped Fitness is proud to offer its small group training package options with no start up fee. Class sizes range between 2-12 people, depending largely on the time of day.  We feel confident you won’t find a better group training atmoshphere anywhere else, and invite you try us out for a week for free! 

Our Current Class Program and Schedule

Monday through Friday: 5am, 6am, 8am, 1pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday: 7am-9am open gym to complete a workout you may have missed during the week
